Room Selections

- The SALVIA allows you to enjoy a spacious oceanfront studio apartment or 2 & 3 room suites with kitchenettes and private patios, at the same cost or less than a Hotel room in Cancun's Hotel Zone.

- The SALVIA helps ease the only two problems in Cancun, the high cost of meals and transportation, by providing kitchens and by being in the best location.

- Basic floor plans for the studio, double, corner double, and connecting studio (3 rooms) condominiums can be viewed here or by navigating the "Floor Plans" tab on the left side of the page. - There are additional formats such as penthouses and some rooms are unique, differing slightly from the standard unit layouts. - We can provide accommodations that range from hotel type units to 3 room condominiums capable of accommodating up to 10 people. Our condominiums are individually owned (not timeshare) and vary slightly in bedding, decor and amenities; however, all have satellite TV, phones, microwave, cooking facilities and refrigerator etc. Room assignments are made, and confirmations mailed to guests, after full remittance is received approximately 3 weeks before occupancy.
